Today unfortunately I had really poor service here. I come here every year to buy supplies for my kids birthday cakes & always get great service. The lady that served me was sarcastic & if I asked her for help with an item kept saying 'have you looked in the ... section' or 'we have lots of different kinds' but not actually gesturing to help. Reluctant to help & it was only when I showed her in my tone of voice that I was noticing her rudeness covered with a fake smile that she started changing her tune. Real shame as the other lady was lovely & some of the other girls there always are super friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! found everything I need quickly and easily; highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to up their baking game :)

Helpful staff easy off street parking

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WILL. VERY RUDE, NOT HELPFUL, REFUSED TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT THEY PROVIDED WRONG TO START WITH! OVERCHARGE SO WATCH OUT WITH THEIR PRICES AND MAKE SURE TO GET THE RIGHT THING OUT OF THE STORE OR BE PREPARED TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY!
