Products are good quality and well priced, we purchased blinds for entire house as part of a new build.nnAfter sales service is absolutely non existent, we need warranty repairs done on the blinds, blinds were picked up early Jan 21 and we were promised 2 weeks turn around as the windows are exposed to the street.nn2 months later we are still chasing for answers, no body calls back or cares about resolution. It has now been lodged to fair trading. I don’t usually write poor reviews but the service is absolutely disgusting.nnStay away
