Disgraceful service. Extremely rude and patronising manager on duty on Boxing Day 2020, she could not work cotton on gift voucher and accused us of using up and had no credit on the card. When we were naturally offended and upset that that was false as the gift card was in its original sleave and unopened and was a gift for Christmas, she accused us of being rude and refused to help.nnWe have never been treated so poorly by a customer service person in our life. When we asked for her name to know with whom we were dealing with, she replied, “for privacy reasons I am not giving you my name.” What a disgrace and disappointment that she would not even identify herself.nnWould not recommend shopping in this cotton on store. Completely horrible experience, don’t ever purchase gift cards at cotton on as a present and definitely do not stop at this store.
