Quality materials. Good people. Not very responsive when issues arrive.nTheir solution to cover some steps with laminated flooring has shown some issues and it is dangerous to walk up or down the steps, given how much the floor flexes near the edge. Installation happened a year ago.nWe tried to contact them and let them know about the safety issue. A 3 year old and a pregnant wife living in the house. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.
