Urban Culture Lakemba

The shop needs a proper air conditioner that actually works with cool air but instead the experience I got today when walking in was horrible humidity in the whole shop from the entrance to the back.. all I can say is I suggest the owner should buy or fix the air con cos at the end of the day customers walk back out but the workers are stuck there to deal with that heat. Professional management should be more prioritised and focus not only on the selling of ur clothing but focus more to on the employees that are making the money for u guys with their excellent customer service and extraordinary patience they have in that shop!

I have been shopping at urban culture for a few years now but just recently visited the Lakemba urban culture earlier this week and had the best experience. I was assisted by a wonderful girl Jaylan, who was extremely helpful and made my shopping experience easy and worthwhile. She had excellent customer service skills and great knowledge about the products. Keep up the good work.

urban culture has one of the best customers services, the clothes qualities are amazing and affordable. i’ve had the privilege to model for them, the girls that work there are so welcoming. they also have an online website which is convenient, the clothes online come in on time and in perfect condition.
