Broaster Chicken Lakemba

My worst experience ever. Pathetic food and service.nWe ordered few burgers and wraps - it took them around 45 minutes, every time i would follow up lady would say 5 minutes or two minutes, burger patties seemed to have fish breading, were not proper patties some kind of joints of small chicken pieces, too much salt in breading. All the kids and my wife left the food. I could also see the female not even being sorry on delay, ill customer service and worst food. We tried it randomly but would advise everyone to stay away.

Hey guys, I don’t know if u guys will see my comment or not. I love your food but this Sunday when I went in your shop (the corner one) I noticed something real bad. A lady employee was being harassed by a guy openly. She was doing a great job but the guy was interrupting in everything, kinda trying to touch and also following her everywhere. She was asking to leave her alone but he continued. His name is Yahiya. Probably works as a cleaner.nnI work in hospitality and this is not acceptable to me and Hopefully not to anyone. I would request u to take necessary actions please. The lady can't tell her boss maybe bcz she thinks its not gonna work. Guys this is Australia.. Have some respect to the law.

Steroid guy very rude shouldnt be on customer service. Unfortunately very bad experience. The rest of staff are amazing

I have ordered broster megameal at 3:34 PM (6/5/2021) for spicy chicken and they said 15 minutes for preparing for spicy one. Later another guy ordered broster mega meal with spicy chicken at 3:49 PM and they give him at 4:05 PM while still I was waiting in front of the counter for my order.After that while I asked the Pakistani girl's ( wearing hijab) answer and behaviour was very rude. I have transaction prove that I purchased at 3:34 PM and got food at 4:41 PM. Really not acceptable behaviour from her. Hope the problem will sort out and teach them a proper manner please. The most disgusting camel burger I ever had, unpleasant odour from the burger and the stuff didn't even tasted like camel to me. I know it's good afterall but had to throw it.
