Would never buy Lorna Jane again after one of your staff advised the stitching on my tights had come away because my legs rub together. So insulting, not to mention the amount you pay they should be made to last, I’ve been buying Lorna Jane for many years and never had a problem till your recent lines.

Wow what a fuss to return an item I bought online. No refunds so even though I don’t think it’s legal to refuse to refund an online purchase that didn’t work out I went along with them and tried to find another item. They didn’t have stock of that so they then offered me a store credit which they then bizarrely used many excuses to try and get me to not take up. After over 15 minutes they finally did it. Now I’m not sure I want to use the store credit because I don’t want to go in there, they’re scary! I’ll probably just right off the $110. ud83dude06
