Pittwater Pets

Sadly I am really disappointed with the services at my local pet store. My partner and I were really looking forward to purchasing a new addition to our family and had made it very clear we were ready to invest in this dog ( which I have also been told is highly overpriced being $4,000) every other store locally is priced between $2,500-$3,500 with ALL three injections and even a free vet check within 10 days)nAlthough this store only offers 2 injections and is selling the same breed for $4000.nThe manager is not willing to negotiate either which makes them look very money hungry.. sadly. They send their puppies to new homes every night for baby sitting at 8-9 weeks with only two of their injections done ...I am wanting to puppy sit the dog I am considering buying and sadly they are booking it in with other families when I have asked to look after him as I don’t want the little puppy having problems or being mis-treated when I am just about to spend $4,000 on him. I had to wait a few days until my lease agreement had been approved and luckily it has. But unfortunately for that beautiful puppy I will be choosing some where else to invest my money. Very disappointing :(nPerhaps I suggest to the staff to communicate with better understanding to the customers & go above an& beyond for the customer instead of a plain -“ no I can’t make it happen...” a phone call would have been greatly appreciated to check in with me prior to just booking him in with some one else especially when I have taken the afternoon off work to make time to collect him. It’s very sad for the puppy as he would have had a very loving home.nnSadly, I will not be recommending the Warriwood Pet Store again.nnThe service at the Bondi room4pets has been absolutely amazing and they have gone above and beyond, they also don’t allow puppy sitting and include all the vaccinations. Try that shop :)

It is a great pet store with friendly helpful service. Prices are typical of shopping centre stores.

We bought our Chocolate Labraodor from here. She is the most amazing beautiful dog. We've met her brother and the dogs have had play dates. They have good dog breeders and therefore sell very good dogs. I would recommend this pet shop to anyonre wanting to buy a puppy.
