Can't recommend this practice highly enough. I love their model - ie preventative health measures rather than just concentrating on treatment. Osana has transformed our experience with Drs. Just so happy with every aspect of this practice. Everyone is beyond friendly and the surgery itself looks like something out of a designer magazine. It's a pleasure to go there. If you hate going to the Dr (or love it) change to Osana, you won't be disappointed

You are not just a number at this practice. If you are looking for a practice that is actually holistic, then this is it. They offer so much more than your standard medical practice. Not only will you be greeted by a friendly face that treats you like you're a friend when you walk through the door, but you'll be appointed your very own Health Assistant (so you have direct contact with someone who can assist you with your specific needs and is your liaison point with at the practice). The health assistant gets acquainted with you and establishes your baselines. You will be seen by your chosen GP and a dietitian on your initial appointment. The GP has ongoing management of your needs and offer preventative health care, not just reactive care. I enjoyed that my appointment with Dr Rogers wasn't rushed, the waiting area was FREE of a million people all waiting their turn to see a doctor, and my booked appointment time went ahead on schedule. Thank you Hayley Kinnear (Senior Health Assistant) for stepping me through the practice process, the patient portal for appointments/information and encouraging me to attend the upcoming events and exercise/meditation sessions. Highly recommended if you are looking for a comprehensive team approach to your health and wellbeing.
