I am a semi-regular here, and I always find their items very comfortable and stylish.nnYou may recall that I was getting a bra for a friend at the end of last week, during a flash sale - and armed only with her size - as a present, and the lady who was working that day was very helpful, clearly knew her stuff about lingerie, comfort, and looking good, and agreed that my choice would be very comfortable for a larger cup. She was also very helpful with the solutions, and helping me pick out the right one for the bra, in case it didn't fit.nnThe bra was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, and placed in a nice bag, at no extra cost. All in all, under $50 for the solutions by Heidi Klum, and the bra!

Had some nice things and the staff were lovely

Unprofessional and rude staff who looked down on a friend and I because I suppose 20year olds don’t have money these days...??nFelt ignored and discriminated against in the store. Overall unwelcoming experience and got no service so just had to walk out after 30 minutes...

The staff were next level!!
