It's heartbreaking watching a close family member trying to get supports from this service.nnHaving to wait months to find out if they were accepted, weeks before a worker would call them, and appointments being made without confirming it with the client - there is obvious issues with communication, judging by my family members experience, and even other peoples reviews.nnPlease remember Flourish, you are trying to support people in a vunerable time of their lives.nLeaving them in the dark does not achieve that.

Extremely negative experience with this service.Poor communication & support.Issues not addressed by several staff members.Stated supports frequently not what I'd previously requested.I am out of pocket due to transport supports being cancelled at short or no notice,or workers simply not showing up.Paid $260.00 for late cancellation fees for appointments with specialists because Flourish have either failed to register my requested supports or cancelled with no or little notice.Out of pocket expenses for taxis when supports not provided or cancelled in the $100's.Some workers insensitive,disrespectful,disempowering or just plain rude.I don't need or deserve that.I am mentally ill,I am not mentally retarded.nWould not recommend this service to anyone,& I am not alone in this.Almost as bad as Chisholm Ross in terms of what comes down to blatant discrimination/disrespect & disempowerment of sensitive & vulnerable people.ud83eudd2cud83dude35ud83dude13
