This was some of the worst and unmotivated staff members I have met. We went in for a coffee machine and they brought it out but the model was incorrect. They had us wait 10 minutes just for someone to get us the right product. While we were waiting another staff member was on the phone with a customer about an order and she was explaining the complications about the customers order very impatiently and rudely. After we grabbed the manager and he went to get the coffee machine for us. The only thing he was able to do is sorry and blaming us for now being upset with his service. We explained to him how upset we were and how his customer service was not up to par. I personally work in the customer service industry and I know that's not how our customer complaint are handled. Usually you find put what's wrong and how the customer feels, then you want to know what the customer would suggest to fix it and lastly you would find a solution with the customer.

As large scale retailers go, Good Guys has always been a good business. The store in Clarkson however takes it to another level. Well set out, staff are knowledgeable and courteous and the service was prompt. Highly recommend going in and seeing the team if your after anything the Good Guys cover.

Stood around waiting and waiting for help from the team at goodguys Clarkson. Then I ask for a product I've been searching for and they then tried to pressure me into buying a second hand product that was brought back by a customer and wanted to charge me the same price as the product brand new when this product has been open and used. Then rushed me and pushed me aside when I wasn't happy paying full price for a second hand product that they said they are just going to use as a display if I don't buy it.

We spent $1000 on a new Samsung washing machine. We went up a size as they had no stock of the one they were advertising. They said they had no idea when it would come in.nWe paid an extra $75 for their special concierge service to deliver install and take away the old washer.nWe paid another approx $200 for their extra warranty to cover 5 years.nOur new machine would not start.We rang them they said contact Samsung.nWe said we had paid for extra service and installation. They said not their problem.nMy husband returned and saw the manager. He said a technician would contact us in 2 business days. No one has contacted us. We rang Good Guys several times but were literally brushed off.nWe will NEVER buy there again.
