Had Graham out to my rental that was trashed he discussed what he thought would be best and at a better price than 3 others. It has turned out amazing and 2 of my other family and friends have now used him to thankyou so much for the stress free quick turn around.

I had graham come around to our rental to inspect 2 rooms with suspected urine and mould underneath.nHe was sent by the real estate agent.nnBoth rooms were empty and not useable due to the smell!nnHe arrived and straight up told us that he can't smell anything bad in either room. He also inspected a slate that i pointed out, for mould. The mould was changing the wood to a complete black but he stated that this is all fine and not an issue at all.nnWhen i asked him if he just says what the real estate agent wants to hear, he got very loud and aggressive. Told me that he is not a puppet of anyone.nnEither way, i was able to get in touch with the landlord a bit later and was allowed to remove the carpet in one room. I found a huge urine stain underneath.nI helped the landlord to organize for a proper carpet company to replace the carpets in both rooms.nAs they removed the carpet in the other room, several big stains and mould surfaced.nnThe landlord was more than happy to find a new agent for his property.nnAnd for graham.... Either his more than 20 years in the industry (his words) have made his nose numb and his customer service disappear or he was indeed a puppet!nnDO NOT USE! It might go all well but if it doesn't....you rather deal with someone else.nnBtw, the smell all disappeared
