Ashley was extremely helpful, patient, thorough, professional and efficient. I needed a pet door to go thru the house wall, standard door packs won't do this. I was very impressed with Ashley's manner, communication and helpfulness and update re delivery. Between the time I ordered and arrival of the door and extension was very quick. Highly recommend this company.
