I entered Today wit my friend and staff’s service was terrible. She made me feel very bad in front the others and my friend. The worst customer service ever!

We entered Today 3.13pm Thursday, The Chinese female staff’s service was terrible, with the sad face and bad attitude that tell us about the QR code. I feel there are quite multiple way to be nice. And we don’t owe anything from you, every time enter Harrolds the Asian staff were rude for no reason. It was disappointing a lot.

I was on the Gold Coast buying a present for my dearest sister who lives in Tumbulgum (Northern NSW) over Xmas. Just wanted to say what fantastic service. Friendly and excellent, a lovely young man was very caring. I can't remember his name but he had dark hair and piercing brown eyes. My sister was most pleased with the beautiful garments and I wanted to thank the staff immensely for their help. Thanks and regards.

I advise not visiting this store, very little to no inventory,nempty shelves, lack of service, rude looking staff.nnit just doesn't add up. you can be arrogant if your storenis in pristine condition and loaded with the hottest products,nbut no you don't. your staff literally drive away the sale justnbased on their body language alone.nnStaffed by a bunch of mediocre english speakers, they don'tngreet you, they dont offer any help, they stare at you withoutnproviding any form of service. It appears employees of thisnstore only care and cater towards international tourists andnlicking chinese money.nnwelcome to the lowest earning harrolds store in australia.nnyous do not deserve my money.

The girl that works there, I believe her name is Allannah, was absolutely unhelpful and very rude in the way she asked for the QR code. If you want to buy something, either buy it online or go to another store. Customer service here is terrible
