Seed Heritage - Myer Robina

Absolutely love this store. Silly me thought I'd try another store near by yesterday (Country Road), and had terrible service. So I went back to Seed and was greeted with a big friendly smile, along with amazing service! Went home with a bag full of goodies and a smile on my face ud83dude42

This is a lovely Seed Heritage store in the Robina Town Centre, it's very well set out and quite a large store. Seed Heritage is one of my favorite smart casual labels - they make classical, modern, casual and stylish clothing, shoes and accessories for all ages and sizes and also for most occasions. I have shopped in here too many times to remember as you can always find something lovely to buy here and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Really poor service, waited here today for almost 10 minutes as the 2 sales staff had a conversation amongst themselves while continuing to ignore myself & all other customers in the store. I left without purchasing the 2 pair of shoes I came in for, won’t b returning, terrible service, rude

Worst Shopping Experience i have ever had! I ordered $350 worth of product from the seed website two weeks before Christmas. The order came just 2 days before Christmas day, all the garments and ear rings were thrown into a large cardboard box some of the garments were not even in a protective plastic sleeve just thrown in there all the garments were so badly creased they look used, some of the ear rings were damaged because of the way they were packed. I went to the Robina store for help on returning the package was met by a very rude and unapologetic woman who took no responsibility because i made the order with afterpay and i was treated like a sub standard customer. i was told that it was my responsibility because the order was made with afterpay and they wouldn't help me what so ever and that it was afterpay procedure. This is a complete lie, i luckily made two other orders with other retail chains which came beautifully packed and presented two of the garments didn't quite fit my partner and i was able to go in store and exchange them hassle free and the difference in price was refunded to my afterpay account, the complete opposite experience from Seed. I will personally never deal with seed again and there disgusting customer service i suggest you do the same there are much higher quality brands out there that will treat you how a customer should be treated. An extremely unpleasant shopping experience.
