Beautiful store with more variety, only would have liked it to be bigger and stock my size but I think that's what makes it more exclusive maybe? Great customer service and I absolutely ud83dude0d my bag :)

Very poor attitude by manager and staff. Had a issue with clothing shrinkage and replaced clothing after being interrogated on washing process.

Very rude unhelpful staff! My mum and brother had a horrible experience when out shopping for some shorts last weekend (Sat 26th Sep) after they walked in and started shopping the female employee (Dark short bob styled hair) who was standing behind the counter looked at my brother and whispered to the male employee (Blonde & who was leaning on the side of the counter), then he also looked over to my brother. My mum watched and confronted the employees and asked if there was a problem to which they Shook their head and said no, very meekly.nAs someone who is a manager of a retail store I found this behaviour disgusting! My mum was in there to purchase and now will never be returning to this store! Such a shame for “one of the worlds leading designer lifestyle brands”. I also won’t be visiting this store again.

Staff weren't friendly, I wasnt even spoke too during my 10minute shop, I was looking for my size at 1 point then gave up. Shop wasnt busy either, 3 staff on, small over stocked jammed in shop.
