Givenchy Pacific Fair

Had such a positive experience here! Sophia was so helpful and warm. The manager and another employee were also super friendly and willing to assist. They all went out of their way to help us find the perfect bags. This is how service should be at all luxury retailers!

I just love this store and the male staff who assisted us this afternoon was so helpfull and polite though he seems a bit tired as he has no time for his break, very hard working with customer focus, my kids wants to go back again and will buy another shoes. Good customer service really helped customers keep coming back. I wanna say thank you for the male staff this afternoon 3/10/2020 who patiently assisted me and my kids. Im happy to go back again.

This store discriminates. I walked in to givenchy as the doors were wide open, 2 customers already in the store. The worker stood by my friends and I watching us the whole time we were in there and as we left we realised she had locked the doors so we couldn’t leave. Why not lock the doors when the other customers were already in there?

I can't believe how they do business, they really bad with costumers ((( replying my review now , too late . Had bad experiences with your staff or you (owner) ... never had any experience like that....

Went to buy shoes. Lovely attendant but left to check other stores. Came back to buy and the doors were locked. Oh well, LV was open.
