I like the ambience of the room and the temperature but most of all I thought the teachers were great: upbeat and welcoming even early in the morning, clear instructions and just real yoga teachings.
I'm very grateful for how much progress and healing I have made, and continue to make. Dr John came recommended to me, & I certainly recommend him to anyone struggling with any issues or pain in their body.
