Alex was absolutely amazing!!!! they didn’t have what I wanted in store , so she was straight on line looking for me , Alex found what I wanted and ordered it in for me , customer service was on point and all round she was so efficient and lovely to deal with , thank you Alex ❤ufe0f

Very rude and shout at customers. Staff thinks she is beautiful and rude to customers is OK but it is not. Go to different stores much better staff.

Usually really nervous going into a Honey Birdette as I hate being persuaded into a heafy purchase through aggressive sales techniques but this wasn’t the case at all. My partner and I were looking in the window at the new Whitney set and staff member leaving the store invited us in and then two other girls took over. They were so kind and did not pressure me at all. I ended up buying a bra as I felt so comfortable and confident. Thanks so much ladies!

Super lovely and excellent sales staff, made my wife and I feel very welcomed and looked after. 10/10 would definitely buy naughty lingerie here again!
