I cannot recommend highly enough. It had been years since I had done regular exercise and I was quite nervous. Getting there for one lesson was all I needed to realise it was the right choice. Especially for those mums or anyone really who hasn’t put themselves or their health first - do it, you are worth it and do it at Kendall Fitness, you will not regret it.
