The lady working on Sat 13th June at Mount Sheridan was absolutely horrible and unhelpful! Went in to find a particular pair of shorts for my mum and she couldn't be bothered even acknowledging me then when I finally got her attention she points at the clothes rack and says whats there is all we have, didn't even attempt to look up or find out if other stores had it in stock.

This store has my style of clothing so I come in often just to browse, and see what the new season brought in. But when the specials are listed l am one of their first customers to buy and replace old garments with afordable new clothing. But most importantly, the staff is what makes me return as they are always so pleasant, easy to approach, and always helpful with choosing a garment and finding the right size.
