Bed Bath N' Table Mount Gravatt

Today i went into the Mt Gravatt store at West field to buy some sheets knowing nothing about the type I was looking for so assistance was needed. A lady looked after me and helped me find what i needed and took the time to help in detail... i had no idea sheets could be so complex! i believe she might have been the manager? As she was directing staff around as they came up to her... I think one of the girls said her name was Cass or Cassie? Being Christmas time i understand that it can be chaotic and stressful and having worked in retail myself i was impressed with the service from her and the rest of the staff! In love with my sheets and will happily be back again!

I literally rang the store’s phone no 26 times until it rang out each time. Very poor customer service not to answer the phone the entire afternoon. Very frustrating. Even if you are busy at least answer the phone take the customer’s no and call them back.

Rubie helped us today choose a new doona and cushions and a throw, really great advise and very patient, thanks so much made the experience so enjoyable. Please pass on our thanks:)
