I was super anxious to join at first worrying I wasn't fit enough but the coaches and the members were so welcoming and friendly, they're all lovely. The coaches are great in scaling the workouts to suit my abilities and help me get the best out of each workout. I've been training there 3 weeks now and I can officially say BEST GYM EVER! Always look forward to the next day's workout.

The staff are lovely and there's always something for everyone to do. Even some classes and a free personal trainer appointment for newcomers!

Great gym with everything you'll need. Staff are very helpful and the gym users are even more welcoming

Great gym but only if you're looking for a grimmy workout.. staff are all friendly & welcoming.. all trainers are great..
