MANAGER CHLOE gave appalling customer service, I am a loyal customer that has spent $1000’s over the years, I wanted to return a faulty garment that I only wore once, as it was one of the first winter tops in store, it was still to hot to wear so it sat in my cupboard unworn, finally wearing it once, the stitching came undone, the sales assistant said her manager said because it was over the return policy date I could only exchange or have a store credit, I asked to speak to the manager CHLOE who was apparently on the phone out the back, the sales assistant told me that the manager said she would be half and hour on the phone and I would have to wait or come back, I came back in half and hour to then wait in the store for another half and hour, the manager still did not show from out the back, disappointed in how I was being treated by both the sales assistant and the store manager I accepted a store credit. I’m more in disbelief at the appalling lack of customer service I was given, such a shame to be treated with such disregard.

Great range. Not cheap. But interesting designs and always good quality.nPerfect place to get lost in a designer’s world if you enjoy that kind of thing.nSales time is usually more fun time to shop here :-)

Poor Quality in Australia. I had purchased from Montreal Guess store in Canada it was good but here is a nightmare! How could be such a huge different quality from same brand?

I am totally disappointed. Customer service is very bad. Be carefull you have only 7 day return back for the discounted items. I have never seen in Aus. Quality does not match with price at all. They even did not accept changing items. First, they said it is washed and then said it is more than 7 days. Item does not have any problem. Do not waste you money in this shop!
