I came in to this gym at 7.25 pm, after work on Friday within staffing hours to get my 24/7 pass and use my weekend buddy privileges both granted to me by the membership I pay for. When I arrived there were no staff on reception. I looked around and there was a trainer just chatting to a someone so I approached him and asked him where staff were and he said staff wrap up at 7.30 pm on Friday and that if I want the pass and to work out I’ll need to arrive “10 minutes before reception closes” when the reception officially closes at 8.30pm according to their dedicated website. Not only did he say that staff hours were different on Fridays when they are not, he also said the computers were already switched off an hour before staffed hours end. Literally asked me to leave and didn’t let me work out.

Receptionist is very useless and the management should be trying harder to value an loyal customers. Myself and my husband constantly have issues with suspension timeframe a dovercharged fees. Wasted so much time trying to get wanted result in managing the membership. Otherwise, the gym is great with various facilities

Don't allow the 'salesperson' to talk to you while you are reading the contract, it is expensive and unfair, and do the maths before signing. We were charged the full fee during Covid restrictions when the gym didn't operate on its full capacity.nHave had a bad experience paying for an unprofessional PT recommended from the gym staff, it made me lose all the motivation. Gyms are crowded, most of the staff rude, unhelpful, and they don't clean properly.
