I have been going to Orchid for my alterations for quite a few years now and don't have a single complaint! Their work is always flawless and they are more than accommodating when it comes to time frames - if I desperately need something back in a few hours, they make it happen! I've never waited more than 48 hours for my items back, even when there's no rush put on them. I'm usually served by Wengi when I go in and she is a delight! I can't count the amount of people I have recommended Orchid to.
