John Sumegi provided us with excellent advice, especially regarding timber flooring options and acoustic requirements for a high rise apartment installation. A very professional team who were excellent to deal with.

Not a great experience unfortunatley. We love the carpet but there are small noticeable bumps under the carpet which i can feel under my feet all across the house. Im not sure exactly what they did wrong but something is definitely not right as it was not like this with the old carpet. I suspect the staples they used to secure the underlay have not been driven in far enough. I let John know shortly after installation and he sent the guys back to out who hit the bumps on the stairs with a hammer which did fix those bumps. Howver, shortly after this i started to notice these same bumps in the other rooms. I contacted Choices again and a lady came out this time however she seemed unwilling to really acknowledge the issue. She said she would follow up but I never heard back from them. Very disappointing. :(

This is the 4th time I have used Choices Flooring Fortitude Valley over the last 15 years! Debbie and her team are great to deal with and the installation is always 100%.
