Nespresso

I love coming here for many years now since they opened years ago across the new location. There’s nothing like waking up to Arpeggio, my preferred blend to start my day. Made by my Lattissima One I bought 3 years ago. I also but my descaling here, it’s perfect for the coffee machine I bought here. The staff are lovely and they make me coffee while I’m in the store.

Reading the reviews posted I wonder what some people are expecting from their visit.I have never encountered rudeness, never had to wait too long, never been ignored or slighted.nMy experiences have always been overwhelmingly positive and enjoyable.nStaff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful.

Went into the store and met an absolute legend by the name of Maja. Her expertise on coffee and knowledge of coffee flavours is exceptional! Even if you don’t know your coffee profile she can help you navigate the Nespresso range and tailor the coffee experience to you.nnHer service & hospitality is the reason we return to Nespresso in the city.nnAsk for Maja when you enter the store. She is a legend!

I had immaculate service by the team here. More specifically, Richard, Alex and Marija (sorry if that was spelt incorrectly). There was a minor system issue and the team went above and beyond to try and resolve it.nHonestly, couldn’t of had a higher standard of customer service elsewhere. Thank you!

After buying a Nespresso machine for my business we needed more pods and thought we would do something simple, get on line, place an order, walk into the store later that day and pick them up - You know, click and collect!nnNot to be - No click and collect option, so I call the 1800 number and got the worst assistant there is, would not listen, kept telling me that my account was not my account and that if I wanted an easier process then I should either order online or go into the store myself!nnI asked to speak to a supervisor and got the usual 24-48 hours and we will call you back spiel.nnI then go back online to find the contents of my cart have now vanished and I must start again - 200 pods of different varieties. An hour of my life I will never get back!nnI just simply wanted to buy some coffee, now I wish I did not buy the damn machine at all.
