Andrews Light Up Jindalee

I purchased an outside light and asked the staff member to check the item as the electrician was at home waiting on me. Unfortunately I was not aware the globe was not included. A suggestion to purchase onenwould have been appreciated.

Visited to purchase a pendant light, while we were there we also bought a ceiling fan which was the last in stock and a display item. Andy who served us was lovely, helpful. After getting an electrician out to install the fan, I was advised screws were missing. We had specifically asked the staff twice if all screws etc were with the fan, and assured they were. I spoke to the store manager, who was absolutely disinterested, could not have cared less. She advised me the electrician should have had spare screws. I eventually purchased more screws from another retailer. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I had to pay another $100 for the electrician to return and install the fan, plus $5 for screws. Never dealing with this store again.
