Michael's Oriental Restaurant & Function Centre

(My personal opinion) I think the standard has gone down a bit . It was much better a few years ago. The signature fried ice cream used to be served warm fried crispy outside always but served cold this time. Sweet and sour chicken tasted like chicken in water and very little actual fish in salt and pepper barramundi. I felt I ate only cold batter. Tried to call back on number provided but line disconnected.

I went to an event at the place. Considering it was a place for events, there was not enough parking on the premises. Other than that everything was great. Food was wonderful.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and staff were helpful and friendly. The standard of food was authentic for the Malaysian dishes like Char Kuay Teow, Prosperity fried Yam rings and Malaysian curries. Would definitely go back again!

Excellent venue, superb food and efficient service. Strongly recommended for functions. The 175 guests who turned up were so delighted with the lovely environment, great cuisine and the dedicated service of staffs. Loved it!

Well handled reservation. Tables neatly organized for our big family of 12. Orders were taken very clearly, waitresses were very friendly and prompt with service. Food itself was well worth the price and tasty. Very nice place to be going to for an elegant dinner.
