KFC Eight Mile Plains

Eccellente KFC bravo!!!! I've been to a few KFC restaurants and this one is the best so far in Brisbane! I ordered my food via the mobile app.nMy order was delivered accurately. Hot, tasty, eye pleasing chicken. Best of all, the staff was so friendly plus provided awesome customer service.nI would definitely visit again in the future.nKeep up the good work! Thanks for the wonderful KFC experience!

As the Hound would say “think I’ll take two chickens”, KFC Eight Mile Plains packs enough chicken to satisfy any hunger. Nice clean premises, friendly staff and the two chicken breasts on my Zinger Stacker Burger were cooked to perfection. I’m originally from the city of Newcastle, home to Australia’s Biggest KFC, so when I say KFC Eight Mile Plains is full of finger lickin’ good you know you can bank on this review. Get on it.

Worst KFC I’ve ever had. Utter Garbage! Chicken barely cooked, chips really oily... so much that they’re soggy, not crispy at all.. had our food replaced, it was even worse the 2nd time.. while we were replacing our food, we had someone else randomly do the same.. this isn’t the first time, won’t be going back!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!

The people serving didn't know how to use the ordering equipment and took 5 attempts to enter a simple order correctly. The order was for takeaway and deliveroo and other eat in customers who ordered well after had food delivered before me. The staff need more training and support.

First...we ordered a 9 piece original, 2 large sides, and an original recipe burger.nAfter arriving home we discovered that they did not give us the burger and the chicken was spicy.nnSecond...when we ordered, I told them I have a code for free chips and drink. I showed them the receipt and code before I pay, and they told me to show it to the person who will give me the order and he/she will give me the free chips and drink. When I went to the next window thay told me that I had to give it to the cashier, then claimed that I already had the chips...which I paid for in the 2 large sides.nnIt is a place run by rude and careless kids. I will not go there again
