Shop was staffed by an unfriendly shop assistant, which dampened what would otherwise be a fun experience shopping for a baby.

Visited this store yesterday and suffered some appalling staff. The store is lucky it is a chain, if it was an independent retailer they would be out of business quick with attitudes like that. Will not be shopping here again and would to recommend others avoid.

The printings on the onesie we got faded after 1 to 2 washes even after following their instructions on the tag.nnWhen we took it back to their Garden City Store to report the issue and request for an exchange, the staff was not helpful at all. The most frustrating thing is that they started almost accusing us for lying and deny responsibilities for the faulty product and put the blame on us instead.nnTheir response was really quite disappointing as we are a regular customer and love their designs but now reconsidering if we should continue shopping there after this experience.nnEdit: Had to message their head office (much nicer people), was able to exchange for another one. Unfortunately, the new one also faded after 2 washes so I went back and exchanged for something else.  I think it is the printing on that particular onesie so I know to avoid similar style in the future. But still love their clothes in general and will continue shopping there. ud83dude00

Cutest kids' clothing i've found around. Pretty affordable too, considering its quality.

Worst experience. Unprofessional staff, very rude behaviour. Would not recommend to go garden city atleast. Do not exchange the clothes bought from their store even if you are member of store, they still ask you for bill, do not accept tags on clothes. Worst staff service. I want to give 0 rating if would ask me.☹ufe0f
