Purchased online products - I’m needing to return items and no one has replied to my emails - they guarantee a response in 48 hours. It’s been 8 days and I’ve sent multiple emails in different formats; by replying to my order email, using their email address provided and submitting their online contact form. I would not purchase from here again - the sizings don’t match the measurements given online - they show no care with customer service or in sending out quality product. Very disappointed!!

Zero Stars. PLEASE don’t shop here. They sell expensive and the worst quality clothing ever. They sold me a skirt that literally just rips as you put it on. This material is shocking as it resembles paper. Now they refuse to refund or exchange because it’s apparently defected and cannot be sold again. NB. This skirt cannot be sold defected or not!! It’s not ethical to sell something that cannot be used for its sole purpose. I don’t even know why this shop exists. @westfields need to re-consider leasing to these people. They clothing is really not up to australian standards. The much cheaper stores have better quality clothing.
