Monday 8 Feb, 11amnI just got out of the store feeling so mad. I was looking to buy one of the kimonos when one of the retail staff suddenly walked in front of me and said ‘excuse me’ in an aggressive manner. I felt disrespected as I wasn’t doing anything wrong and I was with my daughter. We were both shocked and just left. Very disappointing customer service!
Honestly the clothes prices and products are amazing. But the costumer service... the two girls working in there are just AWFUL really bad service
Friday 12/3/2021.nThe lady who was on today was on her phone half the time we were in store. Then she went into the store room and was on the phone. We stood at the counter waiting for her to come out and serve us! At one stage she was standing in a change room on the phone.
