Even though the store had no sizing options left for the two styles I wanted, Emma was so lovely. Welcoming and took down my name incase she gets the sizes and styles in that I want, and she said she’d put them aside for me!! Thank u Emma :)

The two experiences at this shop were really bad.nnAt around 3:50pm on 28th December 2020, we went to the shop and purchased a dress. The staff did not acknowledge us at all and the first thing she said to us was the price of the dress when we were paying for it.nnAt about the same time on 4th January 2021, my partner went to refund the dress and had to wait at the cashier for more than 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. In the end, he had to ask if he can get some help. The staff walked towards the cashier without answering the question and refused to refund because he forgot his receipt even though the dress was in perfect unworn condition with the tag on. After going back and forth for multiple times, she finally agreed to refund the dress as a once-off.nnMy partner felt really bad because the staff was very rude and not helpful. Our experiences at this store were really bad. I really like this shop but I hope something can be done regarding how the staff treat customers.

I’ve been to most of the other Little JC stores with really bad service but the team here is so helpful and patient! Other stores could learn a thing or two
