Letecia and Vanessa at Sheike Garden City are seriously the best in the business!nnI entered the store feeling tired and dusty and left feeling energised and SHEIKE with 6 new outfits and 2 new friends! They found so many cute looks for me. After working in retail in myself, normally I'm very particular and don't like people recommending things to me. But every item they suggested made me feel like a million bucks and I loved instantly.nnThey even stayed back an hour late on a Saturday and the whole time treated me like a best friend! Too expensive for what they offer

I encountered one really lovely helpful staff member in this store to begin with (after about fifteen minutes already in the store)...however when I was done trying on my choices a different lady came up to me and asked if I’d like to try the dress on (which I’d already tried on, she mustn’t be the most observant). I said I’d already tried it on but I’d like to put it on hold please. She then said “I don’t think we hold here”. Perfectly fine if that’s the policy, but the fact that she said “I don’t think” made me question if she just didn’t care enough to find out for sure. Which meant that I just walked straight out “that’s alright”, left the dress and they missed out on a $90 purchase (because I was probably going to go back for it). I would love to know if SHEIKE doesn’t do holds, seems strange. I’ll buy online from now on.

Had help from a very enthusiastic staff member, Fatima. Appreciate the level of service she provided, she brought me so many things to try on and considered how they'd fit. A great experience.
