Crossfit Desire

This place has been my 2nd home for the last 4 years and I can't rate it high enough. Coaching staff, the culture and the crew. Why would you go any where else! I came to crossfit a complete beginner and now Im fully immersed in the lifestyle! Ive created healthy habits, a amazing family and best of all a better me! Thanks Sonja and Chris!

Aged 45, I walked into the Crossfit Desire office in late 2017. Met Sonja then Chris and discussed my goals and personal training needs. I was brutally honest. I wanted to be as fit as possible or die trying and if that happened they must forget me. 4 months later I was 31kg down. In my opinion I was fitter than when I was 24. I gave them everything and followed all of their diet advice. These are not the trainers you see at the fitness gym chains. These two are the real deal.

I did a beginner class there a while back and I found it very accommodating for my skill and fitness level. Nice coach too!

Been going for 6 years and it's still awesome!
