Body Solution/Peter my physiotherapist takes the time to really listen and understand the issue from your point of view. Very thorough with a client based approach and following through with exercises. Couldn't ask for a better more holistic experience. A+

Professional, nice, caring - three words that come to my mind in an instance to describe Alex & Mavis from Body Solution Physiotherapy. They are not like most places in the area where they close at 5pm, you will find them seeing clients until 7pm Monday to Friday, they are also open on Saturdays to 1pm which is great if you cannot make a mid week appointment. I recently ran a half marathon and with the treatment and support that I received from Alex and Mavis, I was able to finish it injury free. If you think distance is what may stop you from making an appointment, please do not worry, they are worth the drive.

Very friendly practice. Both my partner and I see Alex who we both highly recommend. He’s professional and very good at what he does.

Nervous about needing treatment for a neck and back injury, I was lucky to find Peter. He is lovely, caring and excellent at locating and treating the hurty bits.
