Impressionable Kids Bayside

We have referred lots of our photography clients to Kathy Ashcroft from Impressionable Kids Bayside (over the last 10 years) and we always hear praises for her work. Recently Kathy reframed some prints for me personally and I was super impressed with her work ! I also have my children's thumbprints on a bracelet that I love thanks to Kathy !!!

I would not recommend this company to anybody! They have awful service! The beat thing they do is ignore you and you get no frame. I have been waiting almost 4 months for my sons hands and feet frame and have been told 'in the morning' or 'early next week' and still have not recover anything. When I went in and got them done I was told 5-6 weeks for it to be done, well that certainly was not true!! I know have to try and get a refund and get my sons mouldings done now that he's a lot bigger and older which I am absolutely shattered about, I got them done early so they'd be little bit now I have to get them when he's bigger through another company. I went through Aimee and I am appauled with her service. She has ignored me since the day I got them done and have had to call the head office and complaint number just to be told what the hell is going on! How Aimee still has her job is beyond me. Please if you want to cherish your little ones memories do not use this company! I paid cash in full on the day they were done and still haven't received a thing!
