Have been taking Pilates classes for two years and have had rehab on both a shoulder and knee reconstruction. April and staff are great.

I've been attending Pilates sessions for a couple of years now. April and Emma are both amazing. They know the strengths and weaknesses of each member of each class and tailor the exercises to suit each individual. The classes are small so they can watch and ensure each person is doing their exercises correctly. Not only has my core strength improved, but Pilates has helped me recover from a long term injury.

I have been taking Pilates with April and Emma for nearly 3 years. I take great comfort knowing that with their instruction, my movements on a reformer machine strengthen my core (and arms, legs & shoulders) in the right way. I'm able to do exercises today that I thought were impossible when I started.nOn a very rare occasion that I need physiotherapy, they've gotten me straightened right out in a few sessions at most. I can't recommend April and her team enough.
