The Yoga Spring

This is a really special community! The teachers are generous and really supportive, and go beyond just working with the body to make sure students are getting a full and rounded experience of yoga. Cute little space right in a great location.

This is a great little studio that provides a variety of classes with excellent individual support. It's a lovely community and I thoroughly enjoy the extra tuition that Alyce includes for our learning journey.

Fantastic Yoga/ Qigong/ Mantra/ Meditation Centre. The instructor’s are very helpful works for beginners and advanced. Great community of people would highly recommend checking out.
