Incredible customer service - Jo helped me embroider two unique hats. When one of the hats arrived late from a supplier, Jo chased them up and got a reduced rate which she happily passed onto me. She also created unique lettering so it could perfectly match the hat it was replacing. No job is too big or small for Jo and I had a great customer service experience from start to finish.

I cannot recommend Joanne enough! She added sleeves to my wedding dress and it turned out to be everything I dreamed of, and more. She needed to do a lot of individual hand beading to make sure the sleeves matched the detail in the dress, and she was even able to source similar lace decals to match, when I wasn’t able to get exactly the same directly from the designer. She took on all my ideas, and made suggestions based off her own knowledge. I would send her pictures via email of last minute changes, and she took them on board and implemented different elements with ease. I am so grateful to have found Joanne. Everyone was shocked to discover that the sleeves had been added on, as they just matched perfectly. Thank you Joanne!

I booked an appointment to visit Jo at the last minute after having a horrible experience elsewhere and actually was dreading my wedding day but Jo turned it all around for me. My dress doesn't even looked altered and I left with a big smile on my face a week before my wedding. Thank you so much Jo, you did such a beautiful job and I love my dress again.

I went to see Joanne at JK Couture when my wedding day was soon approaching and my lace wedding dress was to small. She put me at ease when she suggested the alterations she could make to my dress so it would fit perfectly. I returned soon after for a fitting and she'd done a brilliant job - the dress looks even better now than it did originally!
