Went in with some probably silly questions for a project and the guy in there was awesome. Only a small order of a few different things but took the time to help me out and directed me where to find the item they didn’t have. 10/10
Possibly the most unhelpful store of any type I have ever walked into. I was looking for a wattyl product called forestwood. Wattyl store finder that came up under this product sent me to Newstead Brisbane. The three staff members in this store had absolutely apporling customer service and in no way wanted to help. Telling me it was probably something sold through mitre 10. When I asked if they had a number that they could ring to check if it was the same formula as there deck oil just rebranded they said I can give you a customer number but we are not calling. We are builders in Brisbane and on this experience will not be using wattyl products ever again. Especially from Newstead. NOT LIKE THEY WERE BUSY DURING COVID 19.
