Staff woman in store was nice to two white girls and made my friend from a different cultural background feel unwelcomed. Didn't greet or acknowledge her at all, made her feel really uncomfortable.

Always love gift shopping here. The lovely staff are always ready with great suggestions for the perfect gift. Even when I'm just browsing to kill time, the staff are always pointing out things I'd like. I could easily spend several hours here.

Very strict on their no refund/no exchange outside 7 days policy, and staff were unnecessarily rude and condescending in answering if it would be an option.nDisappointing for a small business who are usually more friendly to their customers.
