Friendly but not much information with upgrade options to our build. Only few simole selection to choose from. End up the appointment in 20 mins for the whole house design, feel been rush out
No visusal system for color selection and very limited selection of tiles. Newly customer would be very confuse. Furstrating but very friedly and good service.

Tile and color selection sessions are done in a traditional way. No computer visualization shown though it is possible from sellers website. No magazines or designs or trends available. Customer to select from available colors.
