Bed Bath N' Table Fortitude Valley

Sian at Bed Bath and Beyond is fantastic. She searched the store high and low for the items I was looking for and then rang different stores until she located it. My daughter and I returned to the store and were greeted by the lovely and professional staff. Sian then helped my daughter co-ordinate her new more sophisticated bedroom sheets , coverlets etc and seemed to be able to check in with other customers and then style the bed with yet a different look for my daughter. She is a wonderful saleswoman and the staff at this store are outstanding and very knowledgeable about their products.

My favourite bed bath and table accessories hang out, ladies there are so helpful, and I love their sales, and parking at the front !

Disgraceful customer service! Clearly the staff have worked in retail for too long and would be better suited to working out the back where they don’t need to interact with anyone. Also couldn’t be bothered opening as advertised... 9:40am opening when advertised as 9am is just poor management.
