Great looking place but the classes, booking and wait list are really poor. Poor customer service. Misleading contract terms. The cooling off period is only 24 hours and they have no trial period. Lots of hidden fees. Would not recommend, so many other better gyms in Brisbane!!!

Joined as a foundation member and cancelled because the experience was not great. Very disorganised, instructors didn’t know how to use the equipment etc. I put it down to teething problems.nnThought I’d see how things have progressed since then and give them another go. Was met with a disappointing, and dismissive approach.nnThe sales consultant was not concerned with acquiring new business. It felt like we weren’t the type of business she wanted. The feeling given was “We are very successful and we, well we don’t need you or your business. ” (Think the sales consultant in Pretty Woman.) Showing my age and maybe why I’m not the right demographic for this club.nnAll we needed was to trial one class on a Tuesday at 4:45. If the class had been right we would have signed a contract. The sales consultant was so short sided in her approach and so dismissive I walked away from the interaction disappointed and wanting to share my feedback in a public forum.nn2 strikes you’re definitely out for us.nnThe place looks great and has a luxe price tag. I’m sure the classes are full and commercially very very profitable. That will only go so far as in my opinion every customer matters weather they are a member or a prospect.nnBelow the “complimentary not so complimentary pass” which was not offered in our interaction. It has many T&C’s attached to it so buyer beware.
