The Crossfit Newstead community is the friendliest and most welcoming I've encountered anywhere. Dropped in for a few sessions while on holiday and was made to feel right at home. Quality coaching, quality equipment and space to train in. Highly recommend if you're in Brisbane looking to drop in or if you're looking for a permanent training facility.
