Love going to Mister Zimi James Street, staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever any trouble and they just make you feel so welcome.
I frequent this shop more than I should. The friendly staff are always happy to help me find the right size and provide constructive feedback on the dresses when I need a second opinion. Mister Zimi is my favourite clothing brand in Australia.

I had the most amazing service from Amber at head office when I accidentally ordered the wrong size in my online order. She was so friendly, quickly fixed it up for me and followed up with an email to say she was happy to help. I don't remember the last time I received such fantastic service!!
